AnalyzeNNLS

AnalyzeNNLS is a cross-platform software solution for analyzing images with pixel intensities that decay according to linear sums of exponentials. Presently this software is designed to analyze images collected using a multiecho T2 acquisition, but it can be extended to other imaging techniques like DESPOT1.
